Our shipping policies and additional information

 

UK Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery

We offer next day working day delivery on the following conditons;

Orders placed between Monday-Thursday and before 10am (morning) qualify for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 10am on Thursday do not qualify for delivery on Friday. Your products will arrive on Monday, which is the next working day.

Orders placed after 10am on Friday do not qualify for next working day delivery. Since we don’t post on weekends, your order will be posted out on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

Orders placed before 10am on Friday will arrive on Monday.

Orders placed between Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched for next working day delivery on Monday, meaning you will recieve your order on Tuesday.

Bank Holidays are excluded.

 

International Tracked and Signed

In most cases, we are able to send out our packages with tracking and a signature available upon arrival. However, some countries are exempt from the tracked and signed option and can only have the package sent with a tracked option or a signed for option, not both. If you country applies to this exemption, we will always send your package out with the tracked option, so we and yourselves are able to track your order. If you would rather sign for your order rather than track it, please send us an email after you place your order. Please note, this does not change the cost of delivery.

 

Our policy

We post all orders out Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, our order cut off time is 10am. If you order after 10am on a Friday or on a Saturday-Sunday, your order will be posted out on Monday.

There are sometimes delays in the Royal Mail delivery service, if your order hasn't arrived within ten days after your expected arrival date, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page.

During busy postal periods such as Christmas, delays are to be expected and postal services don't operate on specific days. We will inform our customers via the homepage of any changes we are making to our postage dates. Again, if your order hasn't arrived after a week of your expected arrival date please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page.

 

Important notice

We currently don't offer tracking on our standard 1st-2nd class U.K orders, this is due to us using Royal Mail standard delivery services and not a private courier. Royal Mail charges up to £7.00 for tracking on orders as tracking is only available on next working day/special delivery orders. If you would like tracking on your order, we suggest selecting the Next Working Day delivery option at the checkout as tracking is included in this option.

We are hoping to start using a private courier in 2018, and will be able to offer tracking on all U.K orders!

Please make sure your shipping address and all relevant information is correct before proceeding to the payments section, as we are unable to offer a refund, re-send or exchange if you enter the wrong information/dont include vital information and do not receive your product(s).
